COMPANY: M/s  APOLLO TYRES LTD., VADODARA.

PROBLEM REPORTED: Heat leakages through lid of tyre press causing increased energy consumption and increase in shop floor temperature.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: UGAM INSULMIX H R T I 400 P U COMPOSITE to be applied to lids of press and open areas where conventional thermal insulation is not possible.

ACTION TAKEN:
Company purchased material and applied themselves to all such areas proposed as per application instructions provided.

RESULTS ACHIEVED:
Apollo Tyres Ltd. Has reported saving of 2 Kg  steam per day after application of system suggested. Thereby achieving almost 12 percent saving in energy cost for press.

COMPANY: M/s APOLLO TYRES LTD., VADODARA.

PROBLEM REPORTED: Very high shop floor temperature providing Non-comfortable atmosphere for workers.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: UGAM INSULMIX SYSTEM for roof to be applied to rooftop from exterior.

OBSERVATIONS BEFORE APPLICATION:
Roof temp of Cement sheets from interior were observed to be 70 degrees C. and room Temperature was 45 on average.

OBSERVATION AFTER APPLICATION: Roof temp of Cement sheets from interior has come down to 39 degrees C and room temp also Was 39 deg C on average.

Result Achieved: Shop Floor temperature was reduced by 5 C ."

CUSTOMER: M/s TATA YAZAKI AUTOCOMP LTD.

PROBLEM REPORTED: For purpose of energy saving, company had installed polypropylene clear sheets by replacing some galvalum sheets from roof. These sheets were passing light as well as heat to the shop Floor thereby increasing shop floor heat and lux Level.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: Application of UGAM P U with THERMAL INSULATION was proposed with lux reducing Compound.

ACTION TAKEN: Entire Clear sheets were coated with proposed System.

RESULTS ACHIEVED: Lux level was reduced to required level. Temperature was reduced by 4 degrees C. These coatings are being used by almost entire Tata Group e.g. TATA TOYO RADIATORS LTD., TATA JOHNSON LTD. Etc.

PROBLEM REPORTED: Enamel paint coated to LPG bullets, forms flakes and needed Recoating every year. The temp of bullet top surface used to Cross 50deg C in summer and needed cooling through sprinklers every day thereby increasing energy and resources costs.

SOLUTIONS PROPOSED: Coating LPG bullets with UGAM INSULMIX COATING SYSTEM FOR LPG BULLETS.

SAVINGS ACHIEVED AT BHARAT FORGE LTD. PUNE.

CUSTOMER: M/s. VERTEX INDUSTRIES, JABALPUR

PROBLEM REPORTED: Chimney having temperature around 700 deg C was coated several times with many different heat resistant Coatings available from market but could not withstand more than more than four months.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: Application of UGAM H R 1200 heat resistant coating Up to 1200 degrees C was proposed.

ACTION TAKEN: All previous coatings were removed by power Grinding. And proposed system was applied with spray.

RESULTS ACHIEVED: Coating was done in May 2007, and still intact & there is no Complaint received, however company has given many repeat orders for several heat resistant applications.

COMPANY: M/s MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA LTD NASIK.

PROBLEM REPORTED: Vehicle bodies are heated up in oven but trolleys Carrying them are also getting heated adding up to energy consumption.

SOLUTION PROPOSED: UGAM INSULMIX H R T I 600 was proposed for Thermal insulation of these trolleys.

RESULT ACHIVED: 12% ENERGY SAVING was achieved.

CUSTOMER: M/S BARCLAYS TECHNOLOGY CENTRE PUNE.

PROBLED REPORTED: Server room and H R documents store to be coated with fire retardant coating.

PROPOSED SOLUTION: UGAMCOAT141098 for cabinets and UGAMCOAT07022007 walls.

ACTION TAKEN: All walls in those areas were coated with UGAMCOAT07022007 and file stores were coated with UGAMCOAT141098.

RESULTS ACHIEVED: Coating was done in Feb 2008 and still intact. No problems noticed. No complains received till date.
